Survey Reporting Tool – Full Grid View
The Wyoming Pathways Active Transportation and Trails Community Needs Survey Reporting Tool Grid View displays the complete submission data from each respondent. The search results in this view are not paginated, with all entries loading. If multiple projects were submitted by a single respondent, these are displayed as individual entries. To save these entries you can print them by using the “Print Search Results” link. If you would like the same data in a CSV format, please go to the Full Table View.
How to Search Survey Responses: We have provided multiple search categories to search the survey (Project Type, Trail Project Type, Nearest Town or City to project, Zip Code of Project, House District of Project, Respondent Representing and Respondent Town or City). You can search by individual or combinations of the search categories, but combining search terms will likely reduce the number of results returned.
If you find this tool useful, please consider making a donation to support our continued work to bring Active Transportation and Trail projects to Wyoming communities.

Project Character of Work:
Connecting pathways for all types of users, so two-pronged: education to help bikers know how to be with horses, hikers with dogs, etc; and infrastructure to help connect trails from town to the bus, etc.
Project Cost Estimate: I have no idea

Between cities
Zip Code of Project: All-Statewide
Project House District: All-Statewide
Project Character of Work:
Joining transport between cities – so shuttles, trains (please let’s bring them back‚ good for hikers and bikers and just best esp in mountains). Public transportation facilitates active lifestyles and this is important both on local levels (bike lanes in cities) and also between big areas, and this will help those who might not otherwise have the means due to gas or owning a vehicle to get to more places. You could present it as an access issue for health, etc, and it would also tie into conservation and environmental efforts, as well as making trail systems available to all.

Project Character of Work:
Addition of Shoulders to Road Network, particleboard Hwy 30 & Dell Range
Project Cost Estimate: ???
Project Notes:
Depends on mileage and whether there is existing room for shoulders. When I was on the Commission, we put shoulders on Iron Mountain with help from Samson Energy. Unless there is snow or other bad weather, every time I drive that road, there are cyclists. True to the cliche, when we built it, they came.
I pushed for shoulder on Hwy 30/Dell Range when I was on the Commission. When I left, it was my understanding that it would be included in the realignment and redesign of the roads. I’m not sure if that is still the case but work was slated to begin next year. Cyclists already ride down the road and it is bloody scary encountering one when you are driving 55 mph and have oncoming traffic so no way to move over.
Additional Thoughts:
I’d love to see massive connections for bicyclists tying cities together like Laramie and Cheyenne. I’d be an even bigger fan of one spanning from Jackson to Medicine Bow. Not even in my County but I’d travel to use it.

Archer Trailhead – Greenway Extension connecting City of Cheyenne to Archer complex.
Project Cost Estimate: $4 Million
Project Notes:
There is currently no access to Archer other than by car. City transit doesn’t run out there. There are no existing sidewalks/trails. Yet, major events like the Laramie County Fair are held here as well as smaller events like trade shows, gem shows, rodeos, etc. The lack of access disenfranchises lower income groups including seniors. To make the basic connection to existing Greenway is only about a mile and 3 primary landowners (State of WY, Lummis family, and County). The schematic contemplates both a hard pack trail for horses/mountain bikes, etc. that would connect to LCCC and Sweetgrass as well as concrete for ADA access.

Laramie has many shared bike paths that are not connected. The dream has been a system that would create a loop around town, which would avoid busy streets and provide a safe route for children and adults to navigate town. I hope we will see progress towards this dream in the near future.

Project Notes:
Lander Pathways Committee has a plan with the routes identified. We need the money to purchase the land or the easements to make it happen. The project was started several years ago and we have the Mortimore Lane to Sinks Canyon portion finished but it would be terrific to get the land or easement along Hillcrest Dr purchased to make the route safer and the land to connect City Park to Goodrich Drive purchased to expand the greenway.

No parking on the one block of downtown on highway 120, crosswalk between Merc and musuem.
Project Cost Estimate: Paint
Project Notes:
This would be a low cost way to bring more business to the downtown area, provide a safe way for people to cross from one side of the highway to the other, and encourage pedestrian traffic. Ample parking is available elsewhere (within a block) and would allow for the businesses downtown to be seen and not blocked by vehicles. No parking on that block would also make it safer for people crossing the street and for vehicles to turn onto the highway.

Project Notes:
Jackson has an extensive pathways system, well suited for foot and bike travel, and yet for active recreation like rollerblading and roller skiing, the surfaces are often gravelly, cracked, patched, bulging with roots or rough from chip sealing or heavy equipment (plowing or near construction. Durable improvements in the smoothness of the pathways would make these activities more inviting and accessible to beginners and intermediates, rather than just the intrepid and expert practitioners. Designating certain sections (close to towns and subdivisions) as ‘Roller Friendly’ would provide communities with more welcoming access to these types of active recreation.

All these options are wonderful, but our state is not in a situation where additional spending is needed on these luxuries. With the demise of energy income, we need to look closely at current government services, and determine which can be reduced or eliminated. Then we can look at these sorts of projects and their benefits versus costs.

Establish safe routes to school for those children crossing the highways to get to school in town.
Project Cost Estimate: $100,000.00

Many parents are rightfully concerned as their children need to cross both US Highway 16 and/or State Highway 116, within city limits, in order to get to school each day, as well to the local swimming pool, grocery store/convenience store, post office, library, community center, sports fields and churches. Beyond getting them safely to school or activities, we have citizens who could use safe crossways as well to conduct business and participate in activities.

Project Cost Estimate: Not sure
Project Notes:
I’d like to see an extension off of Mortimore/Hillcrest that goes out to the Central Wyoming College Facility, or, ideally, up to Sinks Canyon. There is a fair amount of state land that could be used to add a nice trail system for people to bike/run/walk up to Sinks without having to be on the highway. This would also make it more user friendly for families.

Project Cost Estimate: Not sure
Project Notes:
I’d like to see a path/wide shoulder on Hillcrest in Lander. This is a VERY heavily used area for walkers, runners, and cyclists. In town, we call if the Mortimore Loop. A wide shoulder has been added to most of Mortimore (needs to be improved by Lander Llama) but Hillcrest has nothing. It feels like the loop is 75% complete, and by fixing this, we would actually have a safe loop for people to use. Once again, this is a high traffic area for pedestrians.

Project Notes:
I’d like to see a pathway or expanded shoulder that goes around the Squaw/Baldwin Loop. This is heavily used by runners and cyclists and it is a narrow road without a shoulder, and the road is very curvy. This could be a great asset to the community and would improve safety. A bathroom could also be added to the parking lot at “The Bus” and parking could be improved. “Rest stops” could be added around the loop to make it more family friendly.

I don’t have specific projects to discuss, but I would love to see better bike access into Cody from outlying developments, ie south fork subdivision, 2AB developments, Bighorn Ave developments. All of these roads are dangerous for pedestrian and bike traffic. It would also be great to improve bike access into Yellowstone from Cody– Bike lanes or bike trails along the Northfork Hwy.

Multiple areas near 4 schools
Zip Code of Project: 82520
Project Character of Work:
Installing continuous sidewalk or pathways within close proximity of schools where there is none.
Project Cost Estimate: unknown – requires some construction easements and private property permissions.
Project Notes:
Lander 2020 Safe Routes to school study identified 10 projects within Lander to complete missing infrastructure along safe routes. WYDOT awarded Lander $500,000 for the 1st project around Gannett Peak elementary. WYDOT did not award the second phase located at Baldwin Creek and High schools which was estimated to cost $600,000 and included dedicated on-street bike lanes that connected to the County Baldwin-Squaw loop road.
Additional Thoughts:
While there are a lot of projects to be done in Lander, the City Council strategic plan has prioritized safe routes first and recreational projects second. Safe Routes projects have access to WYDOT funding. But recreational projects currently do not have a reliable funding mechanism and must come from our general fund. Therefore, making continuous pathways competes for funding with all administration, streets and law enforcement.

1200 lineal feet of multi use pathway adjacent to the newly purchased river bank that will exist in the new Popo Agie River Park.
Project Cost Estimate: unknown – requires no ROW work but needs full excavation, base, and hard surface,
Project Notes:
To determine the wishes of the community, the City will be engaging stakeholders in a master planning project starting in December 2021. To date we have heard that a multiuse path is needed for river access for fishing and wildlife viewing, walking, hiking, biking and winter uses like walking, snowshoeing and a Nordic track.

Additional Thoughts:
There are two especially bike-unfriendly areas near Cody that could benefit from bike routes. The first is US 14A northeast of Cody, where four lanes of 70 mph traffic are compressed to cross the Corbett bridge over the Shoshone River. During busy times, a vehicle every few seconds and a narrow, gravelly shoulder make this way too exciting.
The other area is West Yellowstone Ave. on the west side of Cody. Wanting to ride from Cody toward the Shoshone NF or Yellowstone NP? There is no way around this stretch of road, with heavy traffic and no shoulder. Some ride the sidewalk, but that’s not safe, either.

Pathway/Greenway Connection
Project Cost Estimate: ~$1-2 Million
Project Notes:
The Town of Pinedale is currently working on an update to the Park Master Plan. A public survey was conducted in efforts to identify the greatest needs of the park system. One of the major items identified was safe access and improved connectivity to Pinedale Parks.
American Legion Park is located north of U.S. 191 and Boyd Skinner Park is located ~one block south of U.S. 191. Pine Creek flows through both parks. The connection of the two parks through pathway/greenway is a high priority to provide a safe connection to both facilities but also to improve the quality of life for Pinedale citizens by developing a fully connected pathway along the Pine Creek Corridor.
Additional Thoughts:
Thank you for the opportunity to comment. Pinedale, like many other Wyoming Towns, needs greater support in developing sustainable, smart transportation improvements. With the right support, federal, state, and local dollars can make a much greater impact on our communities and state. I hope this survey can help develop better planned, safer, sustainable, and more economically beneficial projects for Pinedale and other Wyoming Towns. Thank you for the opportunity.

Project Cost Estimate: $1-1.5 Million
Project Notes:
The Town of Pinedale is currently working on an update to the Park Master Plan. A public survey was conducted in efforts to identify the greatest needs of the park system. One of the major items identified was safe access and improved connectivity to Pinedale Parks.
The Dudley Key Sports Complex is located along US 191-Pine Street with a pathway located only on the opposite side of the highway (40 mph speed limit). The Town is studying the feasibility of a safe pedestrian crossing connecting the Dudley Key Sports Complex to the the pathway which provides connectivity to residential and commercial areas or Town as well as Pinedale’s schools. The goal is to provide a safe connection for alternative forms of transportation to access the park and connect to other community assets.
The project is in the feasibility stage but is anticipated to cost around $1-1.5 million.

Project Character of Work:
Full Street Highway Expansion – Multi-modal connectivity and pedestrian walkability to growing commercial district.
Project Cost Estimate: ~$3 million
Project Notes:
The Town of Pinedale has great development potential located on the eastern side of Pinedale. The area was developed in 2006-2008 with the capacity to close to double the population of the Town of Pinedale. Since its development, several commercial properties have been fully developed including Baymont Inn, Hampton Inn, WYDOT, BLM, and a pre-fab shed company. The Pinedale Elementary School is located back deeper in the development. The remainder of the development remains undeveloped; however, is the logical location for continued growth in the Town. The entire area is annexed and part of Town.
The highway capacity is going to become an issue very soon as the 4-lane section that carries through down town reduces to a three lane (and event to a two-lane bridge) in this area. a pathway has been constructed on the north side of the highway but no pathway or pedestrian uses exist on the south side of the highway. No street lights or any other features extend to the area to tie the quickly developing commercial district to the rest of downtown. Developing a full street (multi-modal walkable street) including serious considerations for pedestrian safety, walkability, etc. will attach the developing area to the rest of downtown and provide safe and alternatives for transportation as well as promote the healthy development of the area into an extension of the Mainstreet of Pinedale. Future capacity concerns can be minimized and allow the highway to function as the Wyoming Department of Transportation needs it to.

Pinedale Wyoming
Zip Code of Project: 82941
Project House District: H20-Lincoln, Sublette, Counties
Project Character of Work:
Complete Street Design/Construction to adequately address capacity needs of US191 as well as promote healthy and safe downtown connectivity/walkability.
Project Cost Estimate: $3-5 million
Project Notes:
WYDOT has the US 191 Rehabilitation Project in the WYUDOT STIP for 2026-2027 with potential opportunity to move the project up due to stimulus. WYDOT has coordinated with the Town on this potential accelerated schedule of which the Town of Pinedale is working to enter into an ARS to complete sewer replacement simultaneously with the project. The Town also had the opportunity to meet with WYDOT regarding the US 191 Rehab project back in May/June of 2021. The Town has major concerns with the current scope of work being proposed by WYDOT and expressed those concerns in the site visit as well as a letter issued to WYDOT dated June 3, 2021. No response has been received from WYDOT with regards to the letter.
The current scope for the WYDOT project is a complete depth rehabilitation on the highway. Pinedale, like many other communities in Wyoming, is presented with a challenge with a state highway navigating through the main street of the Town. It is challenging to both serve the needs of the highway system (efficiently move goods and people) while also serving the needs of a downtown community (i.e. walkability, visually appealing, multiple busy intersection, and helping the local economy healthily grow). It is our desire to balance these as best as possible. The current scope does nothing to address many identified pedestrian safety issues though our main street or any other items that make the project help to sustain and grow Pinedale over the next 20 years. Projects such as this should absolutely focus more on a multi-modal approach to better sustain transportation needs and economic develop needs of the future. The Town would like to request major efforts from the state to better evaluate the needs of this highway system through a multi-modal approach.
Since the meeting with WYDOT, the Town has been successful in getting a WYDOT planning grant to aid in a transportation planning study for our Town as well as have been successful in getting a Pine Street/US 191 Pedestrian Safety Project Engineering and Design grant from the WYDOT TAP program. The goal of these projects is to better identify and work towards long term transportation solutions for our community. Our hope is that the Rehabilitation project will reconsider the scope of work to approach major concerns around the current system. A complete street scope focused on not only vehicular traffic but taking into account walkability, pedestrian safety, and beautification would get the state much more bang for the buck in the long term. The Town will provide the letter to WYDOT dated June 3, 2021 upon request.

Project Notes:
Again, I have little to offer when it comes to cost estimates as I am just a mother, but with growing elementary-aged children, if we had a greenway, or paved/gravel trail in either of our communities where children could walk, ride bikes and recreate, that would significantly improve the quality of life in our area. Currently we have a town (Saratoga) with almost no sidewalks, even though many children ride bikes or walk to school and, in the summer, to the pool, river at Veteran’s Island, and to the hot springs. A trail system that connected those things, and then perhaps even led out into the county or toward Encampment that was safe for children and adults to use (we currently have miles of unpaved county roads but those are often used by fast-moving vehicles and are not safe for children or walking/biking) would improve quality of life and economic viability.
Additional Thoughts:
Thank you for your time! If the Upper North Platte River Valley could be included as a geographical area that could use significant improvement, we would be very grateful. Right now, we have various volunteers, parents and interested parties with ideas and dreams, but as a very rural area with a low population and folks focused on working in agriculture, in schools, and on our medical community, could benefit greatly from funding or manpower to help move forward when it comes to livability and recreation.

Project Notes:
We live in Washington state and own land in Teton Valley at Fox Creek. We love to bike on RTC trails. Wyoming, Idaho and Washington offer so many opportunities with all the open terrain and banked railroad lines. Washington will complete the 228 mile Palouse to Cascades trail in 2023. Idaho is marking great progress in developing a system of multi-use trails. We would like to see Wyoming collaborate with neighboring states to do the same.
Additional Thoughts:
We’ve biked nearly every RTC (TrailLink) trail in Washington over 10 miles. Our travels we eat and find accommodations in communities along these trails. We meet people from so many other states and countries. These trail systems will help Wyoming economically.

Project Character of Work:
Connecting two towns 5 miles apart via a pathway. It would connect the Sheridan County School District 1 schools in Ranchester with the District’s Schools in Dayton (elementary & middle School in Ranchester–High School in Dayton). It would also connect the public library in Ranchester to Dayton and the swimming pool in Dayton to Ranchester. Currently the only connection between the two towns for non-motorized traffic is the narrow shoulder of the U.S. Highway. The project is a cooperation between Ranchester, Dayton, Wyoming and The Tongue River Valley Community Center. The community center has facilities in both Ranchester and Dayton that would benefit from a pathway.
Project Cost Estimate: $3,500,000
Project Notes:
The Town of Ranchester was awarded a $250,000 TAP Grant from WYDot for complete design work. There have also been two public hearings and a National Parks planning grant.

State Highway 14/16/20 separates the community north and south of Cody. The five-lane state highway has a speed limit of 35 mph and there is no safe passage for the 2 miles that is close to the Cody Middle School. While a corridor study that begins soon, I fear the cost of a true solution of a pedestrian/cyclist overpass will result in an inadequate solution for the community. The housing developing north of the highway continues and the problem will just get worse.
Project Cost Estimate: 1.5 M
Project Notes:
While some consider this a school zone issue, the lack of safe pedestrian/cyclist crossing is a community issue. The desire of WYDOT to move traffic has resulted in a busy route that endangers drivers, walkers, and cyclists of all ages.

Project Notes:
It is so great to have reliable paved pathways. As a Rollerblader, I can say that only 15-30% of our local pathways are ideal for rollerblading, making it such that only expert users can use all of our pathways, and many sections are unpleasant, if not dangerous, even for the seasoned user. Rollerblades do very poorly on buckled pavement (like the South Park section), and repaired (with tar) cracks, like the Teton Village/Hwy 390 section. Rollerbladers thrive on the champagne asphalt of newly paved subdivisions and commercial parking lots. This level of quality seems to slip away year by year. Can a higher level of quality and longevity be built into the construction and maintenance to provide a better small-wheel rolling experience, so that skateboarders, kids on scooters and rollerbladers are inspired to enjoy our pathways more often? Thank you.

There needs to be more safe bike lanes in West Laramie by Linford School. The dilemma is many of the roads are not paved especially around Linford. This is the school were there is a higher level of children in poverty and thus less resources from property taxes.

I think there needs to be a bicycle safety class. There are plenty of bike lanes around UW, but many bicycle riders are not safe and generally don’t obey traffic laws,

Pump Tracks, manmade drops, jump lines, balance beams, rock gardens, and other misc features to mimic obstacles encountered on natural trails, downhill bike parks, etc. Same concept as a skate park only for bikers, mountain bikers, and BMX. Make obstacles of varying difficulty for all ages and skill levels. Ideally coincide with an existing trail system or trailhead. Similar parks exist in Grand Junction CO, St George UT, Rodgers AK just to name a few I have been to.
Project Cost Estimate: $100,001-$250,000
Project Notes:
Previous efforts in Casper have been stymied due to liability concerns. But these exist at other cities all over the country, there has to be a solution. Also, there is no more liability than at skate parks or ski areas, and these facilities exist in Casper.

Zip Code of Project: 83011

Project Character of Work:
BEST: A separated paved pathway along said route. Adequate: 4-5 foot width road shoulders along entire route.
Project Cost Estimate: $1,000,001-$5,000,000
Project Notes:
More infrastructure for Non-motorized users of our great GTNP. Wyoming leads the way with Green Infrastructure for the Public to enjoy OUR National Park!
Additional Thoughts:
WYO has loads of opportunities to cash in, literally, on folks who want Non-motorized, SAFE, recreational activities on their Public Lands. We can do this and encourage and provide for folks who have mobility restrictions, families with young children, and those with beginner bike riding skills. We only need to START and stop heeding the naysayers and folks who are living in the fossil fuel past. THANKS!

Project Character of Work:
The so called Moose-Wilson road rather than JUST being widened and paved over its southern section, should be designated as a bike path ( to allow eBikes with restrictions.) The road would be serviced by bus shuttles from Teton Village to Moose ( and beyond!) and would be CLOSED to all private auto traffic from eg: 9am -6-pm, June 1- Oct. 1. I have written to GTNP suggesting this each time comments have been solicited and they have stayed on the STATUS QUO path. I am fed up with their LACK of vision!
Project Cost Estimate: $500,000-$1,000,000
Project Notes:
People are READY for a system like this. All GTNP needs to do is show some leadership and move into the future with protecting our GTNP air quality, soundscape, and SAFETY of non-motorized users!

Project Character of Work:
Building a separated paved surface pathway adjacent to the existing roadway to expand safe cycling routes in our National Park. A LOT of work, but what is the value of a human life? The existing road shoulders, if any, are much too narrow and are not safe even if doubled in width, owing to the lack of separation from automobile traffic.
Project Cost Estimate: $1,000,001-$5,000,000
Project Notes:
This has been opposed in the past by ” environmental groups” who don’t want more trees cut, don’t want “wildlife habitat” encroached upon & ect. BUT they want to continue to drive cars over those roads! I have NOT seen any proposals for shuttles in GTNP, which could lessen or eliminate (in peak season) private auto traffic from the GTNP (“Inside Road”). If shuttles were in place we could perhaps eliminate or delay the bike path!!

Bridge rebuild/replacement across Nichol-Table Mtn Ditch to allow for small motorized vehicles (quad and mini-excavator) to cross for trail maintenance and emergency evacuation.
Project Cost Estimate: $25001-$50,000
Project Notes:
The current bridge is rotting and needs to be replaced. The new bridge would need to support about 4000 lbs for small but heavy tractors to cross. This would be our primary evacuation route for an emergency on the upper part of our trail system but the bridge location is entirely on state land. Consequently, the bridge construction was not in our Concept Plan last year and is not included in currently pending grant applications. This would also make the bridge suitable for equestrian users accessing state lands through our property.

Project Location (description):
A dusty forgotten corner of un used property in Casper. Below the event center has some potential with elevation gain, below Casper College in between the mic, cedar BMX track, and Casper College agricultural. Has another opportunity for a trail system development in an area that has traditionally looked rutted and run down. A beautiful trail system can enhance a City’s curb appeal

Dirt Jumps that are accessible to the city public without an entrance fee. These facilities can be comparable to places like the Valmont bike park in Boulder, Colorado.
Project Cost Estimate: $5,000-10,000
Project Notes:
Casper has long thrown away its potential at having diverse athletes by not offering well rounded facilities to all.
Additional Thoughts:
Thank you for pushing hard to expand Caspers recreational offerings.

Seems like a weird survey. I support sidewalks and shared pathways in town and mtb and hiking trails. I’m a mountain biker and my wife is a hiker. Mtn bikers and hikers sharing trails is not always compatible there should be consideration for hiker only trails in trail system layout planning.

Powell needs places to bicycle off road and walk in areas with more natural scenery than Homesteader park. I suggest the area called the dog ponds, off Hwy 295 and the Shoshone River. A boat ramp will be built there. Could the area be used for bike trails and tricks, too?

We would like to see some amenities that are in Teton County while keeping the wonderful small-town feel of our community. For my husband and I, we would like to see more sidewalks and bike pathways. We will take our bikes to Teton County on the weekends to enjoy their bike paths but would love to have that in our town of Alpine. Having bike paths would be a draw for new families, visitors who bring business to our town and is overall good for the health of our community (more people on bikes to stay healthy is a good thing). Perhaps this could be a venture with Star Valley Health. My husband and I would support by raising funds (personally giving and fundraising from friends and family who love visiting us in Alpine). Thank you!

Project House District: H21-Lincoln County
Project Character of Work:
We need a cross walk to cross the main road across from the library. This would be near that one plaque as you drive into town heading from Etna. There are lots of kids in the neighborhood across from the library, and there isn’t a safe place to cross that is connected with sidewalks. Putting in a crosswalk here would allow families and individuals to take the safer backroad, Trail Drive, and then safely cross. The type with a flashing light could be extra beneficial because people are just driving into town, and haven’t slowed all the way down yet.
This would also provide safer access to the ball park, the path along the river, and Melvins.
With a beacon light it would be very expensive, so if that is prohibitive a high visibility cross walk, potentially with flags-like they have in Jackson- would be much safer than nothing.
Project Cost Estimate: Under $5,000
Additional Thoughts:
I sincerely appreciate the efforts of this organization. Creating pathways and trail systems with our smaller population is a large undertaking. I feel it is important and greatly adds to the quality and safety of life around here. Thank you for your dedication.

We need to get the trails linked up with protected lanes. A two block stretch on Midwest seems glaringly obvious.
Project Cost Estimate: $25001-$50,000
Project Notes:
Casper needs to get in gear with it’s trails. The recreational trails are great, but they don’t really connect up in any meaningful way. The trail along Casper Mountain Road doesn’t connect to the painted bike gutters on Durbin Street. There’s a massive gap between the multiuse trail on CY and Morad Park as well as toward downtown. There’s a short gap along Midwest that would be obvious to be filled near the new state building. There’s a bad connect on the Rail trail near where Yellowstone and 1st cross. I could go on. It’s a good system that isn’t knitted into a system. Casper is about 10 miles of protected bike lanes and trails from being so much better for cycling as transportation. I know it’s not the usual mountain trails that WyoPath does, but this is the sort of thing that would impact people’s daily lives.
Additional Thoughts:
Connecting Casper to Glenrock via paved trail would also be cool.
